Our property management and lettings team are based in our Wootton office they are all familiar with the properties, landlords and tenants they are dealing with. They are a real friendly bunch.
Above all else we are honest, and we genuinely care about every person we deal with! People & property are speciality. We are one of the few lettings only agents in Northamptonshire as most offer a sales & lettings service.
The rental market continues to be extremely busy with demand for rental properties (and asking prices) at an all time high as there is a noticeable shortage in supply of good quality homes for rent. We are letting properties to good quality tenants in no time at all!
