January 2024 update 

We moved offices a few months ago and we are well and truly settled in our new home at 62a Water Lane which is where things started way back in 2004. Since we stopped offering a property sales service and with many of our processes now completed through digital platforms, we just don't need the big space anymore.   
 
The first  lockdown in March 2020  taught us a great deal about the importance of a healthy life/home & work balance. We have gravitated towards giving our team members the option of working from home for some of the working week.  The service we offer to our customers  is not affected in any way by the working from home directive, as all of our systems and phones are cloud based meaning we can literally work from any remote location. 
 
 
The sales part of our business name is pretty much defunct, so we have changed it.   We are now trading as Albion Knights Properties and we are having a brand new website built that will be ready soon! Our fresh new look coincides with our 20 year anniversary.  
 
We are planning a big birthday charity ball that will benefit two deserving causes later on in the year. We will announce more details on here and on our socials soon.  
 
 
 
 
Our mission is to put the personal back into customer service and to offer as much support as possible (think of us as the cement to your bricks). We are a well-respected and established agency with a wealth of knowledge and experience in the private rental sector and we really will go the extra mile and put the personal back into lettings & property management with an approachable, helpful, and friendly team who are the beating heart of our business. Our property management and lettings team are based in our office located in Wootton, Northampton and they are all familiar with the properties, landlords and tenants they are dealing with, there is not a call centre in sight!

Above all else we are honest, and we genuinely care about every person we deal with! People & property are speciality. We are one of the few lettings only agents in Northamptonshire as most offer a sales & lettings service.

The rental market continues to be  extremely busy with demand for rental properties (and asking prices) at an all time high as there is a noticeable shortage in supply of good quality homes for rent.

When Tenants have an issue outside of normal office hours, one of our helpful team members is on hand for them to talk to. Our experience property managers will advise of what action should be taken and offer reassurance. 

We have teamed up with Fixflo to assist Tenants with reporting maintenance issues.  It contains really useful information and self help advice which could avoid the need for a tradesperson to visit your home.  Please click on the image below to get help with an issue and to report a maintenance issue to us

 If you have a genuine emergency  please call 01604 874400 and select the option for maintenance and your call will be diverted to our on call  property manager.  Please leave a voicemail if your call is not answered straight away.  Most issues can be dealt with the next day and do not require an emergency call out from a contractor. 

Our experienced property managers will advise of what action should be taken and offer reassurance if there is an out of hours emergency.
