A warm welcome from Sally Knights our Managing Director
I founded the business after spending much of the 1990's & early 2000's working a corporate Agency and it really lacked any personal interaction with clients. It was a natural move for me to branch out on my own and Albion Sales & Lettings was born in 2004.
The decision to close our sales division and focus efforts on lettings and property management was made in 2022, then in January 2024 to coincide with our 20th birthday, we rebranded as Albion Knights Properties.
We are one of the few agencies who specialise solely in lettings & property management, and we pride ourselves in offering a second to none service to our landlords and tenants with the majority of our new business coming from recommendations. I firmly believe in treating others as we would like to be treated. Respect is one of our core values.
Covering the whole of Northamptonshire, my team can offer a find tenant only service for those landlords who prefer a more hands on DIY approach, or for those who prefer to sit back and relax, we offer a comprehensive fully managed service. We can pretty much tailor a service to suit a customers individual needs, if you do have any particular requirements, then feel free to get in touch and we can work something out.
Away from managing properties, I love to get involved in our local community and spent the first week of lockdown in March 2020 driving around our local community delivering essential care packages funded by Albion to the vulnerable folk who needed help. I also donated one of our serviced accommodation properties to NHS and other key workers to use free of charge. I feel privileged that we were able to offer help to those who needed it.
Our chosen charity is Cynthia Spencer Hospice who hold a special place in our hearts. We try & run as many events as possible throughout the year to raise much needed funds to help with the cost of the amazing service they offer.
The next fundraiser to benefit the hospice is confirmed for 19th October 2024 as we go back to the 80's for an all-out retro ball! The venue is booked, the band is booked, we just need to sell the tickets now. The last charity ball we held for the Hospice in 2018 raised over £8000 so we want to top that this time around. See our home page for more details.
We are also avid supporters of our local schools, and often assist with sponsorship of their events to ensure as much money as possible is spent on equipment to benefit the children. I used to be the regular Wootton Primary School disco DJ & I even managed to keep over 250 year 11 students from CCS entertained at their levers prom in 2023 ! ( I deserve a medal, but had to settle for a pint of coke zero instead) . I will be featuring at the WPS year 6 leavers party this summer.
Did you know that Wootton has its very own hockey club? We have been proud club sponsors of Wootton Wanderers since 2017. I even picked up my stick again a few years ago after many many years away from a hockey pitch. Its great fun and a fabulous way to keep fit and make new friends .
Check out our community page for more details on what we get up to and the work we do within our local community. You can also follow us on Facebook.
Thanks for stopping by, my team & I look forward to being of service to you really soon.
