A warm welcome from Sally knights - Managing Director

I formed the company after spending much of the 1990's & early 2000's working for a large corporate estate/letting Agency.  Realising the large organisation I was working for lacked any personal interaction with its clients, the natural thing for me to do was to be brave, and branch out on my own. Albion was launched as a lettings only agency in 2004 named affectionately after my beloved West Bromwich Albion Football Club (and "A" appeared first in the Yellow Pages... how times have changed!)

In 2015 we opened our Sales department and became a selling agent to be reckoned with locally, however, in 2021, after much soul searching and the after effects of the pandemic,  I made the decision to close our sales division and decided to focus our efforts on the core of our business which has always been lettings and property management.

We are one of the few agencies who specialise solely in lettings & property management, and we pride ourselves in offering a second to none service to our Landlords and Tenants and the majority of our new business comes through recommendation.  We firmly believe in treating others and we would like to be treated with respect being one of our core values.  We are dedicated to making the lives of our Landlords and Tenants as trouble & as stress free as possible.

Covering the whole of Northamptonshire, we can offer a find tenant only service for those landlords who prefer a more hands on DIY approach or for those who prefer to sit back and relax, we offer a comprehensive fully managed service.  We can pretty much tailor a service to suit a customers individual needs, if you do have any particular requirements, then feel free to get in touch and we can work something out.

Away from managing properties, we love to get involved in our local community, and enjoy raising funds for & helping  local causes. I spent the first week of lockdown in March 2020 driving around our local community delivering essential care packages that we funded to the vulnerable folk who needed help. I also donated one of our serviced accommodation properties to NHS and key workers to use free of charge when all holiday bookings were cancelled due to the stay at home rule.  We feel privileged that we were able to offer help to those who needed it.

Our chosen charity is Cynthia Spencer Hospice who hold a special place in our hearts after caring for friends & family over the years. We try & run as many events as possible throughout the year to raise much needed funds to help with the cost of the amazing service they offer.

Our next fundraiser to benefit the hospice is confirmed for 19th October 2024 as we go back to the 80's for an all-out retro ball!  More details will be released soon on what is to be a totally awesome night. The venue is booked, the band is booked, we just need to sell the tickets now.  The last charity ball we held for the Hospice in 2018 raised over £8000 so we want to top that this time around.

We are also avid supporters of our local village schools and often assist with sponsorship of their events to ensure as much money as possible is spent on equipment for the children to benefit from. We also give up our tie for free: I used to be the regular Wootton Primary School disco DJ & I even managed to keep over 250 year 11 students from CCS  entertained at their levers prom  in 2023 ! ( I deserve a medal, but had to settle for a pint of coke zero instead) . I will be featuring at the WPS year 6 leavers party this summer.

Did you know that Wootton has its very own hockey club?  We have been proud club sponsors of Wootton Wanderers since 2017. I even picked up my stick again a few years ago after many many years away from a hockey pitch. Its great fun and a fabulous way to keep fit and make new friends .

Check out our community page for more details on what we get up to and the work we do within our local community. You can also follow us on Facebook.

Thanks for stopping by and my team look forward to being of service to you really soon.

All the best....
