Repairs & Maintenance: we offer a 24/7 service

When you  have an issue outside of normal office hours, one of our helpful team members is on hand for you to talk to. Our experience property managers will advise of what action should be taken and offer reassurance. 

We have teamed up with Fixflo to assist you with reporting maintenance issues.  It contains really useful information and self help advice which could avoid the need for a tradesperson to visit your home.  Please click on the image below to get help with an issue and to report a maintenance issue to us

If you have a genuine out of hours emergency  please call 01604 874400 and select the option for repairs & maintenance and your call will be diverted to our on call  property manager.  Please leave a voicemail if your call is not answered straight away.  Most issues can be dealt with the next day and do not require an emergency call out from a contractor.
